REGISTRATION PROCEDURE: All registrations for event must be done online through SportsEngine. Payments may be made online with credit card. Accepted teams will be posted on the events information page the weekend before the event. Teams will not be eligible for "acceptance" or placed on the schedule until the registration fee has been received.


CHECK IN PROCEDURE: Check in will be held at the event fields unless otherwise noted on the event's information page. A team representative or coach with the required paperwork and documents is needed for check-in. Please try to check-in at least 1 hour before the team’s first game.

  • PLAYER WAIVER FORM: Download and print the waiver form at our website with player/parent signatures. Upload all participants, players and coaches waiver forms at the time of registration or bring it during the check in procedure. To download Player Waiver Form please Click Here.

  • PROOF OF AGE: What are acceptable forms of Proof of Age? Any one of the following options are acceptable as proof of a player's age on the checking process: copy of birth certificate, passport, verified player pass (US Club Soccer or FYSA player pass), driver’s license/state issued ID card.

  • ROSTER CHANGES: If you need to change your roster from the one that was submitted when you registered, make the changes at time of check in.


NOTE:  if the adjustment does not affect the gender (adding a boy to a girls’ team changes the gender), age, or Comp/Rec status of the team. Roster changes that effect the gender, age, or Comp/Rec level of the team are the equivalent of entering a new team and must be applied and approved in advance. Rosters can be changed as needed up, before to the team start of their first game.

BALL: Each team needs to bring a ball.

  • U6-U8 size #3

  • U9-U12 - size #4

  • U13 and older - size #5

TEAM UNIFORM: Each team must bring both a light and a dark colored jersey/shirt. Preferable the whole team uses the same jersey. See tournament rules below.
