GK WAR REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN
Who must be at Check-in? Check in will be held at the event fields unless otherwise noted on the event's information page. A parent or goalkeeper with the required paperwork and documents is needed for check-in. Please try to check-in at least 1 hour before the registered GK's first game.

PLAYER WAIVER FORM - download or print the waiver form, fill all the necessary info and have it signed by player/parent. Waiver form MUST be presented in the day of the tournament.

PROOF OF AGE - What are acceptable forms of Proof of Age? Any one of the following options are acceptable as proof of a player's age on the checking process: copy of birth certificate, passport, verified player pass (US Soccer or FYSA) driver’s license/state issued ID card.

AGE DIVISION BIRTH DATES: To go along with US Youth Soccer, we will be using calendar birth years for the player's playing age for our events. The age division of a GK in the event, will be based his/her birth year. Also note that a player may play in a division older than his/her age, but not in one that is younger. In events that are sanctioned by GGS, "playing up" is left to the discretion of the parents and GGS Academy’s coaches.
