We are forming a U15 roster (2011) to represent Azuriz FC and GGS in Brazil: • Projected roster: 18 field players + 2 goalkeepers • Club-neutral: We select the best available players regardless of current club • GK focus: Dedicated goalkeeper evaluation block during tryouts Evaluation criteria: 1. Technical (first touch, passing, 1v1) 2. Tactical (decision-making, positioning) 3. Physical (speed, resilience) 4. Psychological (coachability, competitiveness)
