LET ME PLAY FOUNDATION NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Voluntary support does not increase the entry limit or improve the chance of winning. No community service is required. These rules govern the separately announced Community Giveaway drawings conducted by Let Me Play Foundation. Each completed Drawing Notice entry is part of these rules and identifies the prize and the entry and drawing details for that specific drawing.Organizer and eligibilityThe organizer is Let Me Play Foundation, with its principal place of business in Ocoee, FL. Giveaway questions should be directed to info@letmeplayfoundation.com. Entrants must meet the age and residency requirements stated in the Drawing Notice when entering. GGS staff members and individuals who administer or verify the drawing are ineligible to win. Any additional household restrictions must be stated in the Drawing Notice before entries open. Other eligible individuals may enter without joining GGS, registering for a trip, fundraising, or contributing money.Free entry and entry limitsDuring the published entry period, obtain and submit the official entry form using the free method and submission location or link in the Drawing Notice. Provide the entrant’s name, email address, and telephone number, and any information required to verify the published age and residency criteria. Each eligible and confirmed individual may request up to 10 numbered entries per season, and no more than two per month. This is a combined limit across all entry methods and all referring families. Contributors and non-contributors receive the same access, deadlines, treatment, and entry limits. All valid entries must reach the organizer by the stated cutoff. Each entry applies only to the drawing identified on it. Entries do not carry into later drawings unless those drawings and the carryover terms were specifically identified before the entries were accepted. Multiple identities, automated submissions, and copied or altered entry numbers are prohibited. Voluntary support and program separationAny contribution to Let Me Play Foundation is voluntary and is not required to receive an entry or a prize. No entrant may be pressured to contribute or discouraged from using the free entry method. The GGS Family Credit Program and Passport to Legacy Fundraising Challenge have separate rules and records. Payments or fundraising activity in those programs do not buy Community Giveaway entries or improve their odds. Entering the giveaway does not enroll a family in either program. Prizes and community partnersThe Drawing Notice states the number of prizes, a complete description, the approximate retail value, the donor or funding source, and any redemption restrictions. Prize availability will be secured before entries are accepted. An announced prize will not depend on the minimum amount of donations or the number of entries. Each partner prize donation supports one announced drawing unless an alternative arrangement is disclosed before entry opens. A partner may support additional drawings when available. Prizes are awarded as described. Any expiration, reservation, location, age, or other restrictions must be disclosed in advance. Entrants will not be charged an undisclosed fee to obtain a prize. Drawing and oddsThe organizer will randomly select the winner on the date, time, and at the location stated in the Drawing Notice, from all eligible entries received for that drawing. The published random-selection method will be used and documented in the presence of two adult witnesses. Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries and the number of prizes for that drawing. Winners do not need to attend unless an attendance requirement was expressly published before entries opened. An eligible person may win more than one separately announced prize. Notification and claiming a prizeThe organizer will promptly contact the potential winner using the email address and telephone number provided on the entry and record the date of notification. The potential winner has 30 calendar days after notification to respond, establish eligibility, and make arrangements to claim the prize. A reasonable identity or eligibility check may be required. No payment or contribution is required to make a claim. If a potential winner declines, is ineligible, or does not claim within the 30-day period, the prize returns to the giveaway for selection of an alternate from the remaining eligible entries in that same drawing. The alternate receives a new 30-day claim period. The process will continue as needed to award the announced prize in accordance with applicable law. Unclaimed status does not permit the organizer simply to retain an advertised prize. Fair administrationOnly entries that violate a published eligibility or entry rule may be rejected. Fraud, altered records, impersonation, or attempts to manipulate the selection process may result in disqualification, with reasons documented. An entry will never be rejected because its entrant did not contribute. The organizer will preserve the published prize and entry rights. An announced drawing will not be canceled or made contingent on fundraising results. Administrative corrections must comply with applicable law and cannot unfairly change existing entrants’ eligibility or odds. Privacy and contactEntrant information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with winners, and maintain required records under the privacy notice at GGS Privacy Notice. Joining a marketing list or consenting to photographs is optional and not required to enter or claim. A winner announcement will use a first name and last initial unless additional disclosure is required by law or separately authorized. Questions or requests for the winner’s information permitted by law may be sent to the Foundation contact at info@letmeplayfoundation.com. These rules do not waive any rights provided by applicable law. Prizes and Drawing NoticesBefore accepting entries for a drawing, Let Me Play Foundation will publish a completed Drawing Notice identifying every prize available in that drawing. Each notice will state the prize’s complete description, exact quantity, stated retail value in U.S. dollars, confirmed donor or source of purchase funds, and all redemption restrictions. Gift cards will show their exact face value. Products, services, and experiences will show a specific good-faith approximate retail value rather than a general value range. The notice will also identify the entry opening and closing dates and times, the drawing date and time, the full drawing location, the random-selection method, and the arrangements for awarding the prize.Only secured and confirmed prizes will be offered. A drawing or prize award will not depend on fundraising results, a minimum number of entries, or receipt of additional donations.Future prizes will be announced separately before their entry periods begin.
