LET ME PLAY COMMUNITY GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES AND PRIZE INFORMATION
2026–2027 Season | Organized by Let Me Play Foundation, Inc.
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DONATION, CONTRIBUTION, OR COMMUNITY SERVICE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Voluntary support does not provide additional entries, increase entry limits, or improve the odds of winning. GGS membership, soccer registration, trip participation, and fundraising are not required.
These Official Rules govern the Community Giveaway drawings conducted by Let Me Play Foundation, Inc. Each completed Drawing Notice is part of these rules and identifies the prizes and entry, selection, and award arrangements for that drawing.
1. Organizer and contact information
The organizer is Let Me Play Foundation, Inc., referred to in these rules as the “Foundation.”
Giveaway contact: info@letmeplayfoundation.com
The Foundation is responsible for conducting the giveaway, verifying eligibility, selecting winners, and awarding prizes.
Golden Goal Sports LLC, doing business as GGS Soccer Academy, may provide administrative, communication, or prize-donation support under the Foundation’s direction.
The Community Giveaway remains a Foundation program, separate from the GGS Family Credit Program and Passport to Legacy Fundraising Challenge.
2. Season and individual drawing periods
The giveaway season begins October 22, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends April 22, 2027, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Each drawing will have its own drawing date and prize-award set with all necessary arrangements. Drawing Notices are publicily published at the Let Me Play Community Giveaway webpage. The season dates do not mean that every prize is available throughout the entire season.
Entries will be accepted only for drawings with a completed Drawing Notice and an open entry period. No entries will be accepted before the season begins or after it ends.
Drawings are generally planned around the Ocoee Soccer League’s Friday training schedule. However, the specific date, time, and location in each completed Drawing Notice govern that drawing.
A drawing, alternate-winner selection, or prize delivery may occur after the season ends, when necessary, to fulfill an already announced drawing.
All dates and times are in Eastern Time, including the applicable daylight-saving time adjustment.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who:
-
Reside in Florida when entering.
-
Were born on or before July 31, 2020.
-
Meet these Official Rules and any additional prize-specific eligibility restrictions published before the applicable drawing opens.
There is no maximum age limit. Children born on or after August 1, 2020, are not eligible during this giveaway season.
Eligibility depends on the participant’s actual birth date, regardless of school grade, soccer participation, or team placement.
A participant younger than 18 must participate through a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old and lives in the same household. The guardian must consent to participation, submit the entry, and handle any prize claim on the child’s behalf.
GGS staff members and anyone administering, verifying, or conducting a drawing are ineligible to win. Any additional household exclusions must appear in the applicable Drawing Notice before entries are accepted.
Eligible individuals outside GGS may enter under the same free process, deadlines, limits, and selection procedures.
4. Free entry process
During the applicable entry period, submit the official free entry form: ENTER THE COMMUNITY GIVEAWAY.
Each completed and approved entry request produces one numbered entry. An eligible individual may request a second entry through the same free process, subject to the entry limits below.
Provide accurate information sufficient to identify the participant, verify eligibility, and contact the participant or guardian.
For an adult participant, provide:
-
The participant’s first and last name.
-
Date of birth.
-
Telephone number and email address.
-
The Florida residency information is requested on the form.
-
The applicable drawing and required acknowledgments.
For an participantyounger than 18, provide:
-
The child’s first and last name and date of birth.
-
The child’s Florida residency information.
-
The parent or legal guardian’s full name.
-
The guardian’s telephone number and email address.
-
Confirmation that the guardian is at least 18, lives in the same household, and consents to the child’s participation.
-
The applicable drawing and required acknowledgments.
The child is the participant. The guardian supplies the contact information. A child is not required to have a personal email address or telephone number.
Foundation-authorized staff, which may include GGS staff, will review the request and provide the official entry number after validation. A submission receipt is not itself an assigned entry number.
A complete, eligible request received before the cutoff will not be excluded solely because the staff has not yet issued its number. All timely, valid requests must be reconciled before the winner is selected.
Contact the Foundation before the applicable cutoff if assistance is needed or the free form is unavailable.
5. Entry limits and carryover
Each eligible individual may receive up to 10 numbered entries for the entire season, with no more than 2 entries per calendar month.
These limits apply per individual, not per household or per drawing.
The limits apply collectively across all drawings, entry methods, referring families, and contact information used for the same individual.
The calendar month is determined by the date a valid entry request is received, not the date staff issues its number. Delayed processing does not move an entry into another month.
Unused monthly allowances do not accumulate. A new drawing, referral, contribution, or change in contact information does not reset either limit.
Each numbered entry applies only to the drawing or drawings expressly identified before the entry is accepted. Entries do not automatically carry into future or unannounced drawings.
If one entry is valid for multiple already-announced drawings, those drawings and the carryover terms must be disclosed before entry. That numbered entry counts once toward the individual’s seasonal and monthly limits.
Excess requests will not create additional entries. An excess request will not, by itself, invalidate an individual’s otherwise valid entries.
6. Voluntary support and separate programs
Any donation to the Foundation is voluntary. No participant will be required or pressured to donate, purchase anything, perform community service, or support a GGS family.
Contributors and non-contributors receive the same access, deadlines, entry limits, eligibility treatment, and odds per valid entry.
The GGS Family Credit Program and Passport to Legacy Fundraising Challenge have separate rules and records. Payments, support forms, fundraising totals, trip deposits, and activities associated with those programs do not purchase Community Giveaway entries or improve the chance of winning.
Entering the Community Giveaway does not enroll a family in either the GGS program.
7. Confirmed season prizes, specifications, and redemption terms
Each prize unit listed is an individual prize. The table does not represent one combined prize package or guarantee 31 different winners.
The listed values are the organizer’s stated estimates of retail value. Prizes are awarded in the form described, rather than as cash equal to their listed value.
The completed Drawing Notices will assign these prizes to specific drawings and state how many of each prize will be awarded in each drawing. The prize table alone does not open entry for every listed prize.
Additional confirmed prizes may be added during the season through new Drawing Notices published before their entry periods begin. Adding prizes will not reduce or replace prizes already promised to accepted participants.

Car wash and smoothie prizes will provide the stated item or service without requiring an additional purchase. Any optional upgrade must be clearly identified as optional.
No undisclosed payment, purchase, contribution, or mandatory charge will be required to receive or redeem a prize.
8. Prize availability and Drawing Notices
Only secured and confirmed prizes will be offered for entry.
A drawing or prize award will not depend on a minimum number of entries, a fundraising target, a sponsor’s future payment, or receipt of additional contributions.
Each completed Drawing Notice will identify:
-
The drawing’s name or identifier.
-
The organizer’s full name and principal place of business.
-
The entry opening and closing dates and times.
-
The free entry method and entry limits.
-
Eligibility requirements and any additional exclusions.
-
Each prize’s description, exact quantity, and stated value.
-
The confirmed donor or source of purchase funds.
-
Material redemption restrictions.
-
The drawing’s exact date, time, full location, and random-selection method.
-
The date, time, place, and arrangements for awarding the prizes.
-
The selection order and handling of winning entries when multiple prizes are available.
-
Any expressly permitted carryover into other identified drawings.
Prizes will be awarded as described. A sponsor or donor’s failure to provide an advertised prize does not eliminate the Foundation’s responsibility to fulfill the announced prize obligation in accordance with applicable law.
Any legally required tax reporting or recipient tax obligations remain subject to applicable law.
9. Winner selection and odds
The Foundation will randomly select winners from all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing by its published cutoff.
Selection will use the method stated in the Drawing Notice and will be documented in the presence of two adult witnesses who are ineligible to win.
Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries and prizes in that drawing.
Attendance is not required to win or claim a prize.
For a drawing containing multiple prizes, the Drawing Notice will state the selection order and whether a selected entry is removed from subsequent selections within that drawing. These procedures will be disclosed before entry opens.
An eligible individual may win more than one separately announced prize, subject to a maximum of 10 prizes awarded to that individual during the season.
This prize limit is separate from the entry limits. Once the prize limit is reached, that individual is ineligible for additional prizes for the remainder of the season.
10. Winner notification and claims
The Foundation will promptly contact each potential winner using the email address and telephone number provided. For a minor, contact will be made through the parent or legal guardian.
The Foundation will document its notification attempts and provide a written claim deadline. Reasonable follow-up attempts will be made when the initial contact is unsuccessful.
A potential winner has 30 calendar days after the documented initial prize notification to respond, establish eligibility, and arrange to claim the prize.
Reasonable verification of identity, birth date, Florida residency, and guardian authority may be required. A prize awarded to a minor will be handled through the eligible guardian on the child’s behalf.
No purchase, payment, donation, or contribution is required to claim a prize.
A winner who responds and completes the required claim steps on time will not lose the prize solely because delivery or collection is scheduled for a later time.
11. Declined or unclaimed prizes and alternate winners
If a potential winner declines the prize, fails the published eligibility requirements, or does not complete the required claim steps within 30 days, the Foundation will randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries in the same drawing.
Each alternate will receive a new 30-day claim period following notification.
Alternate selection will be documented and will continue as necessary to fulfill the announced prize under these rules and applicable law.
An unclaimed prize will not automatically be returned to the general inventory or moved into an unrelated future drawing.
Unclaimed status does not authorize the Foundation to retain, withdraw, or fail to award an advertised prize.
12. Weather, emergencies, and rescheduling
Severe weather, lightning, unsafe field conditions, facility closures, power outages, technical failures, or other emergencies may require the Foundation to postpone a drawing or change its location.
Such a change is a rescheduling of the drawing, not the cancellation of the announced prize.
When rescheduling is necessary:
-
All timely, valid entries remain eligible for the same drawing.
-
participants do not need to submit another entry because of the postponement.
-
Existing entries retain their original seasonal and calendar-month counts.
-
The announced prizes, quantities, and eligibility terms remain in place.
-
The original entry cutoff remains in effect. A postponed drawing does not reopen entry or create additional entry opportunities.
-
A change in date or location will not require attendance to remain eligible.
-
Selection will remain random, documented, and witnessed.
The Foundation will publish the revised date, time, and location on the Community Giveaway webpage as soon as practicable and notify affected participants through the contact information provided. Social media or other community channels may also be used.
If a replacement date cannot be confirmed immediately, the Foundation will explain the postponement, state when the next update will be provided, and continue providing updates until arrangements are confirmed.
If the original selection method cannot be used safely or reliably, the Foundation will announce an equivalent random method before selection to preserve equal treatment and the accepted entries’ chances.
A postponement does not begin a winner’s claim period. The 30-day period begins only after the winner is selected and notified.
Emergency delays in delivering a timely claimed prize will not cause forfeiture. The Foundation will arrange a safe alternative while preserving the winner’s entitlement.
13. Fair administration and corrections
Entries may be rejected only for a documented violation of published eligibility or entry requirements.
Impersonation, fabricated identities, altered entry numbers, automated submissions, falsified eligibility information, or attempts to manipulate selection may result in disqualification.
An entry will never be rejected because the participant did not contribute money or participate in another program.
Administrative mistakes will be corrected consistently and fairly. Where a correction can be made without changing the participant, creating an untimely entry, or circumventing a limit, the Foundation will provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it before selection.
The Foundation will not arbitrarily remove valid entries, change accepted entry rights, reduce an announced prize, or make the drawing dependent on fundraising results.
Updates for future drawings must be published before their entry periods open. These rules do not authorize cancellation of an announced drawing or any action prohibited by applicable law.
14. Privacy and optional publicity
The Foundation will use participant and guardian information to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, assign entry numbers, communicate drawing updates, notify winners, deliver prizes, and maintain appropriate records.
Authorized GGS staff and service providers may process this information on the Foundation’s behalf for those purposes.
For minors, administrative and prize communications will use the guardian’s contact information.
Additional information is provided in the Privacy Notice.
Joining a marketing list, consenting to promotional messages, providing a testimonial, or agreeing to photography is optional and is not a condition of entry, selection, or prize receipt.
Public winner announcements will ordinarily use only a first name and last initial. Additional identifying information or photographs will require separate authorization unless disclosure is required by law. A minor’s photograph or additional identifying information will require appropriate guardian authorization.
Questions about the giveaway, personal information, or winner information that may lawfully be disclosed should be sent to info@letmeplayfoundation.com.
Nothing in these rules waives rights provided by applicable law.
